Each of us carries distinct gifts. When we understand what drives us and where we naturally thrive, we can share those gifts with clarity and confidence.
The Backward Step
Purpose isn’t something we chase, it’s something we uncover.
Rather than searching for answers outwardly we begin by listening inwardly.
We begin, in other words, with the backward step.
With the support of thoughtfully designed psychometric tools, Fellows take a deep dive into their inner world, exploring their strengths, their passions, and their personalities.
In doing so, they begin to recognize the gifts that are uniquely theirs to offer.
The Grand Challenge
From there, they consider: What would it mean to embody their gifts…to offer them effectively…to be of service? Where do they feel called to contribute?
In short, they clarify their outward step.
The Apprenticeship
Building on this foundation, Fellows are matched with industry professionals with closely aligned gifts. Through hands-on apprenticeships, Fellows move from self-understanding to lived contribution, testing, strengthening, and refining their gifts along the way.
These professionals act as mentors: they see and strengthen each Fellow’s potential and help them translate their inner knowing into real world action.
THE WORK OF A LIFETIME
From here, Fellows chart a pathway forward. What skills do they need to develop to be of service? How can they shape their college experience to support their calling?
What would it be like, really, to live their vocation?
